If you play your first game normally and get your survivors up to around 25 or so you can then leave 3 games in a row, then play the 4th game normally to get your survivors back up and just rinse and repeat. You can't play it for free. It's upsetting. The online is worth it though. The online part of this game is definitely worth the sub. I'd just grab a full year to save a little. This is currently the only game I've played online on my PS4, wouldn't even be upset if I don't take advantage of PS Plus with other games.

If you happen to purchase MW3 from a keyseller like G2A for example, it is still a good campaign and spec ops experience. I suggest avoiding Multiplayer on PC at all costs and joining Plutonium.
